Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) No provision of the Navigation Act 1912 is invalid, or shall be taken to have been at any time invalid, because of:
(a) its inconsistency with an Imperial Act; or
(b) a failure to comply with section 4 of the Imperial Act known as the Colonial Courts of Admiralty Act, 1890.
(2) This section binds the Crown in all its capacities.
