ADMIRALTY ACT 1988 - SECT 47
Transitional The application of section 8 of the
Acts Interpretation Act 1901 extends to an Imperial Act, and a provision of an
Imperial Act, repealed by this Part as though it were an Act of the
Parliament, or a provision of an Act of the Parliament, repealed by this Part.
