ADMIRALTY ACT 1988 - SECT 44
Colonial Courts of Admiralty Act(1) The Imperial Act known as the Colonial Courts of Admiralty Act, 1890, as amended and in force at the date of commencement of this Act, is repealed so far as it is part of the law of the Commonwealth or of an external Territory.
(2) The repeal effected by subsection ( 1) does not
affect a proceeding under the Colonial Courts of Admiralty Act, 1890 commenced
but not finally determined before the commencement of this Act.
