Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIn a proceeding on a maritime claim between co‑owners of a ship relating to the possession, ownership, operation or earnings of the ship, the orders that the court may make include:
(a) orders for the settlement of accounts outstanding and unsettled; and
(b) an order directing that the ship, or a share in the ship, be sold.
