CLAUSE 35 JUDGE OR NOMINATED AAT MEMBER MAY APPROVE
GIVING OF EMERGENCY AUTHORISATION

Paragraph 167 line 8 ­ omit "Division 5 of the Bill governs what can be done with
such information" to correct an error in the Explanatory Memorandum.

EVIDENCE

Paragraph 222 line 2 - omit "subclauses 45(5) and (5)", substitute "45(4) and (5)" to
correct a typographical error in the Explanatory Memorandum.

Paragraph 222 line 4 ­ omit "4(2)", substitute "4(3)" to correct a typographical error
in the Explanatory Memorandum.

Paragraph 223 line 1 ­ omit "45(5)", substitute "45(4)" to correct a typographical
error in the Explanatory Memorandum.

Paragraph 223 line 2 ­ omit "use", substitute "used" to correct a typographical error
in the Explanatory Memorandum.

Paragraph 224 line 1 ­ omit "45(5)(a)", substitute "45(4)(a)" to correct a
typographical error in the Explanatory Memorandum.
