EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM

CLAUSE 5 – GRANTS

Para. 6 – omit ‘Subclauses 6(2) and 6(3)’, substitute ‘Subclauses 5(2) and 5(3)’ to correct a typographical error in the Explanatory Memorandum.

Para. 7 – omit ‘Subclause 6(4)’, substitute ‘Subclause 5(4)’ to correct a typographical error in the Explanatory Memorandum.

Para. 8 – omit ‘Subclauses 6(5), 6(6) and 6(7)’, substitute ‘Subclauses 5(5), 5(6) and 5(7)’ to correct a typographical error in the Explanatory Memorandum.
