The Parliament of Australia enacts:

1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Telecommunications Amendment
7
(Enhancing Community Consultation) Act 2011.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day after this Act receives the Royal
10
Assent.

repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule

Omit "the owner", substitute "owners".

Omit "5 metres", substitute "1 metre".

for review of a decision of the ACMA under clause 25 to issue a
