Schedule 1--Amendment of the Horticulture Marketing and Research and Development Services Act 2000 1 After section 26 Insert: 26A Access to customs information Horticulture Australia Limited, in its capacity as the industry export control body, is taken to be a Commonwealth agency for the purposes of section 16 of the Customs Administration Act 1985. Note: Section 16 of the Customs Administration Act 1985 allows the Australian Customs Service to disclose information to Commonwealth agencies in certain circumstances.
