The Parliament of Australia enacts:

1 Short title
5
This Act may be cited as the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park
6
(Protecting the Great Barrier Reef from Oil Drilling and
7
Exploration) Amendment Act 2005.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal
10
Assent.

Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or
