 5   1 Short title
 6                 This Act may be cited as the Australian Technical Colleges
 7                 (Flexibility in Achieving Australia's Skills Needs) Amendment Act
 8                 (No. 2) 2007.

 9   2 Commencement
10                 This Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal
11                 Assent.
