 3   The Parliament of Australia enacts:
 4   1 Short title
 5              This Act may be cited as the ACIS Administration Amendment
 6              (Application) Act 2009.

 7   2 Commencement
 8              This Act commences on the day this Act receives the Royal
 9              Assent.

10   3 Schedule(s)
11              Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or
12              repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule

 1   Schedule 1--Amendment of the ACIS
 2         Administration Amendment Act 2009

 4   1 Section 2
 5         Repeal the section, substitute:

 6   2 Commencement
 7              This Act commences on 1 January 2010.

 8   2 After item 19 of Schedule 1
 9         Insert:

10   19A Application
11   (1)   The amendments made by items 12 to 14 of this Schedule apply to
12         working out unmodulated uncapped production credit to be issued for a
13         quarter beginning on or after 1 January 2010.
14   (2)   The amendments made by items 15 and 16 of this Schedule apply to
15         working out unmodulated capped production credit for a quarter
16         beginning on or after 1 January 2010.
