Australian Capital Territory Repealed Regulations

This legislation has been repealed.

STAMP DUTIES AND TAXES REGULATIONS (REPEALED) - REG 5

    For the purposes of paragraph (c) of Schedule 3 to the Act, each of the following authorities of the Territory is prescribed:

        (a)     the Canberra Tourism and Events Corporation;

        (b)     the Commissioner for Housing;

        (c)     The Trustees of the Canberra Public Cemeteries.
