SUPREME COURT (REMUNERATION) REGULATION 1995 (REPEALED) - REG 2 Remuneration of acting judge Remuneration at the rate of 0.49% of the annual salary of a resident judge (other than the Chief Justice) is payable to an acting judge for each working day on which the acting judge exercises functions as acting judge. The changes are made if the Parliamentary Counsel considers they are desirable to bring the law into line, or more closely into line, with current legislative drafting practice.
