PERIODIC DETENTION REGULATION 1995 (REPEALED) - REG 2

In this regulation:

"authorised analyst" means a person who may analyse urine samples under section 7A (Authorisation of analysts).

Note      A definition applies except so far as the contrary intention appears (see Legislation Act, s 155).
