OZONE PROTECTION REGULATIONS

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      These Regulations may be cited as the Ozone Protection Regulations.  
   2.      In these Regulations—“Act” means the Ozone Protection Act 1991; “commencement date” means the day on which these regulations commence; “methyl chloroform” has the same meaning as in the Commonwealth Act; “portable halon fire extinguisher” means a portable fire extinguisher that contains or uses a halon in its operation.  
   4.      A person who, in the ordinary course of his or her business, during the period commencing on the commencement date and ending at the expiration of 31 August 1992—  
   5.      For the purposes of paragraph 15 (1) (c) of the Act the following particulars are prescribed:
