Professor Dennis Pearce, the person appointed as a Board of Inquiry under section 5 of the Act to inquire into the circumstances relating to the negotiation of the agreement between ACTAB and VITAB and related matters, is entitled to remuneration at the rate of $300.00 per hour in respect of his performance of functions under the Act.
