HOUSING ASSISTANCE REGULATION 2008 (REPEALED) - REG 103A

    (1)     This section applies if—

        (a)     before the commencement of this section (the commencement ), an application to a court had been made; and

        (b)     the commissioner under the old Act was a party to a court proceeding; and

        (c)     immediately before the commencement, the proceeding on the application had not ended.

    (2)     The housing commissioner is taken to be substituted for the commissioner for the purpose of the proceeding.

    (3)     In this section:

"court" means the Supreme Court or the Magistrates Court.

    (4)     This section is a law to which the Legislation Act, section 88 (Repeal does not end effect of transitional laws etc) applies.

    (5)     This section expires on 10 November 2008.

This regulation expires on 10 November 2008.
