DANGEROUS GOODS (EXEMPTION) REGULATIONS (NO. 2 OF 1989)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      Citation  
   2.      (1) Subject to subregulation (2), the person specified in Schedule 1 is exempt from the duty under clause 71 of the Dangerous Goods Regulation in its application in the Territory to observe, in respect of the premises described in Schedule 2, the requirements of subclause 98 (9) of that Regulation.
