VOCATIONAL TRAINING ACT 1989 - SECT 10 10. (1) The Minister may, in writing, give the Authority directions in relation to the policy the Authority is to pursue in connection with the exercise of its powers or the performance of its functions.

10. (1) The Minister may, in writing, give the Authority directions in relation to the policy the Authority is to pursue in connection with the exercise of its powers or the performance of its functions.(2) The Authority shall comply with any direction given to it under subsection (1).
