TUBERCULOSIS ACT 1950 (REPEALED) - SECT 3

In this Act:

Note     A definition applies except so far as the contrary intention appears (see Legislation Act 2001 , s 155).

"chief health officer" means the chief health officer under the Public Health Act 1997 .

"the court" means the Magistrates Court.
