STADIUMS AUTHORITY ACT 2000 (REPEALED) - SECT 9

Functions of governing board

The governing board has the following functions:

        (a)     advising the Minister on all significant issues relating to the authority and its activities;

        (b)     exercising any other function given to the board under this Act or any other territory law.
