STOCK ACT 1991 (REPEALED) - SECT 39

    (1)     A notice under section 18, 25 (3), 28 (2) or 31 (3) shall be in accordance with the requirements of the code of practice in force under the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1989 , section 25B (1) .
