RADIATION ACT 1983 (REPEALED) - SECT 69

Fluoroscope not to be used in fitting footwear

Notwithstanding anything in this Act, a person shall not install or use a fluoroscope for the purpose of assisting in the fitting, or in the checking of the fitting, of footwear.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
