PAROLE ACT 1976 (REPEALED) - SECT 9A

Tenure of office

(1)         Subject to this Division, a member holds office for such period, not exceeding 3 years, as is specified in the instrument of his or her appointment.

(3)         A member is eligible for reappointment.
