POLICE ACT 1927 (REPEALED) - SECT 1
1. This Act may be cited as the Police Act 1927.1
Commencement
2 . This Act shall commence on a date to be fixed by the
Attorney-General by notice in the Gazette . 1
Interpretation
4 . In this Act—
“Commissioner” or
“Commissioner of Police” means the Commissioner of Police of the
Australian Federal Police;
“Police Force” means the Australian
Federal Police.
