NOISE CONTROL ORDINANCE 1988 - SECT 50

50. The Minister may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Ordinance, prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Ordinance to be prescribed or necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Ordinance, and, in particular, may make regulations—

(a) relating to the provision of hearing protectors by employers; and

(b) imposing penalties not exceeding $500 for breaches of the regulations.
