NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 1980 (REPEALED) - SECT 36
Guidelines for dealing with applications for declarations(1) The committee must specify guidelines for the procedures to be followed by the committee in relation to making a decision on an application under section 39 (Request to Committee to recommend making of declaration).
(2) An instrument under this section is a disallowable instrument.
Note A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act 2001
