NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 1980 (REPEALED) - SECT 21
Disclosure of interests(1) A member who has a direct or indirect pecuniary interest in a matter being considered or about to be considered by the committee shall, as soon as practicable after the relevant facts have come to the member's knowledge, disclose the nature of the interest at a committee meeting.
(2) A disclosure shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting and, unless the Minister otherwise determines, the member shall not—
(a) be present during any deliberation of the committee with respect to that matter; or
(b) take part in any decision of the committee with respect to that matter.
