MOTOR TRAFFIC ACT 1936 (REPEALED) - SECT 26AZ

    Where the name of the proprietor of authorised premises is changed, the proprietor shall, within 7 days of the change—

        (a)     notify the Registrar in writing; and

        (b)     forward to the Registrar the certificate of approval issued to the proprietor under section 26AH in respect of the premises.

Penalty: 5 penalty units.
