MOTOR TRAFFIC ACT 1936 (REPEALED) - SECT 199

Evidence of ownership of vehicles

    A certificate of registration in respect of a motor vehicle or trailer shall, in all proceedings under this Act, be prima facie evidence that the person whose name is specified in the certificate as the owner is the owner of the vehicle or trailer.
