Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

MOTOR TRAFFIC ACT 1936 (REPEALED) - SECT 149F

    A certificate given under subsection 149B (1) remains in force until—

        (a)     the expiration of a day specified in the certificate, being a day not later than 1 year after the day on which it is given;

        (b)     the surrender of the certificate; or

        (c)     the cancellation of the certificate;

whichever first occurs.
