This legislation has been repealed.

LIQUOR TAX ACT 1991 - SECT 1

1. This Act may be cited as the Liquor Tax Act 1991.

Commencement

2. (1) Section 1 and this section commence on the day on which this Act is notified in the Gazette .

(2) Part IV commences on 1 July 1992.

(3) The remaining provisions commence on 1 January 1992.
