Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

LEGAL PRACTITIONERS ACT 1970 (REPEALED) - SECT 20

Subject to this Act, a person who has, under section 19, signed the roll of legal practitioners—

        (a)     is entitled to practise in the ACT—

              (i)     as a barrister and solicitor; or

              (ii)     as a barrister; or

              (iii)     as a solicitor; and

        (b)     has the right of audience in any court of the ACT.
