Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

INEBRIATES ACT, 1900 - SECT 2B

    Whosoever without lawful authority—

        (a)     is found within the boundaries of an institution established under the last preceding section; or

        (b)     in any manner communicates or attempts to communicate with any inebriate therein,

shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding 1 penalty unit.
