HOTEL SCHOOL ACT 1996 (REPEALED) - SECT 29

Consultants etc

    (1)     The school may engage persons other than employees to assist in relation to the exercise of its functions.

    (2)     The terms and conditions of engagement shall be as determined in writing by the board.
