GAMING MACHINE ACT 1987 (REPEALED) - SECT 51G

False identification

A person must not use another person's identification or a form of identification that is forged—

        (a)     to obtain entry to or remain in a gaming area; or

        (b)     to play a gaming machine.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
