GAMING MACHINE ACT 1987 (REPEALED) - SECT 45

A person shall not operate a linked jackpot arrangement between gaming machines except in accordance with an approval under section 45A or an interclub permit.

Maximum penalty:     50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
