GAMING MACHINE ACT 1987 (REPEALED) - SECT 43C

Operation after installation

A licensee shall not permit a gaming machine on licensed premises to be operated until he or she has given the commission a certificate under section 43B.

Maximum penalty:     20 penalty units.
