GAMING MACHINE ACT 1987 (REPEALED) - SECT 43

Persons who may install gaming machines

A person shall not install a gaming machine on licensed premises unless he or she is an approved technician.

Maximum penalty:     50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
