This legislation has been repealed.

GAS ACT 1992 - SECT 34

34. A person shall not reticulate gas except under an authorisation granted to the person.

Penalty:

(a)     in the case of a natural person—$15,000;

(b)     in the case of a body corporate—$75,000.
