FIRE BRIGADE (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1974 (REPEALED) - SECT 81

    (1)     The Executive may make regulations for this Act.

Note     Regulations must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act 2001 .

    (2)     The regulations may make provision in relation to—

        (a)     the appointment and promotion of members; and

        (b)     examinations connected with the appointment and promotion of members; and

        (c)     the temporary appointment of an officer to a higher rank.
