Australian Capital Territory Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
A person shall not sell food that is—
(a) injurious to health; or
(b) unfit for human consumption; or
(c) so contaminated (whether by extraneous matter or otherwise) that it would not be reasonable to expect it to be used for human consumption in that state.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
