DISTRICTS ACT 1966 NO 5 (REPEALED) - SECT 9

If a deposited plan is lodged under this Act and the original of an instrument relating to a parcel of land shown in that deposited plan (being an instrument in the register kept under the Land Titles Act 1925 ) is presented to the registrar-general, the registrar-general shall make the entries, cancellations and corrections the registrar-general considers necessary so as to describe that parcel of land by reference to the number or name of the district, division, section or block, as the case may be, by which that parcel of land is described in that deposited plan.
