DISTRICTS ACT 1966 NO 5 (REPEALED) - SECT 8

Subject to the Land Titles Act 1925 , the description of a parcel of land by the number or name of the block, section or division, as the case requires, in accordance with the deposited plan where the parcel of land is shown, and the name of the district where the land is situated, is a sufficient description of the parcel of land for the purposes of dealings with that land.
