DENTISTS ACT 1931 (REPEALED) - SECT 69

Effect of suspension and conditions

For this Act, a registered dentist or registered dental hygienist whose registration is suspended shall be deemed, during the period of the suspension, not to be registered as a dentist or dental hygienist.
