Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

CHILDREN'S SERVICES ACT 1986 - SECT 19

(1)     The director may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument of delegation, in writing delegate to a public servant any of his or her powers under this Act.

(2)     A power so delegated, when exercised by the delegate, shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been exercised by the director.

(3)     A delegation under this section does not prevent the exercise of a power by the director.
