BOOKMAKERS ACT 1985 (REPEALED) - SECT 41B

Interference with prescribed equipment

    A person shall not, without reasonable excuse, tamper or interfere with prescribed equipment referred to in paragraph 41A (c).

Penalty: 50 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
