BOOKMAKERS ACT 1985 (REPEALED) - SECT 41

Unsigned licence

    A bookmaker shall not carry on business as a bookmaker on a racecourse in the Territory unless the bookmaker has complied with the requirements of section 32.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
