(1) Upon an application under section 39ZI for the review of a direction, the Subcommittee shall affirm or vary the direction, having regard to any representation made by or on behalf of the respondent in accordance with the invitation in section 39ZJ.
(2) The Chairperson shall give the applicant and the respondent written notice of the Subcommittee's decision on the review, including a statement of the reasons for the decision.
