BOOKMAKERS ACT 1985 (REPEALED) - SECT 39

Cancellation of licence

Where, while a bookmaker's agent's licence is in force, the standing licence of the bookmaker concerned is suspended or cancelled under section 33, the Registrar shall cancel the bookmaker's agent's licence.
